Do you ship cold?

Yes. Orders ship in discreet insulated mailers with cold packs from the United States.

Can I get a COA?

Yes. Email us after purchase with your order number and we will send the current lot certificate.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused vials may be returned within 14 days. Opened research materials cannot be restocked.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only.
