By placing an order you agree that you are purchasing research reagents, that you have read the research-use disclaimer, and that you will not use products in humans or animals except under a lawful, authorized research protocol.

Prices are in USD. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. We may cancel any order that appears to violate these terms, including orders that suggest personal-use intent.

Payments are processed by PayPal (including Venmo where available). Chargebacks filed in bad faith after delivery of conforming goods may be contested with shipment and laboratory documentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of fulfillment.
